We had a leak which we thought we had found the source of and then the “dripping” and “clicking” started. I sent photos and a video to Robbie and in no time at all Gavin was over replacing the tundish (the drippy thing) and the two-port valve (the clicky thing) and the boiler was back in action again. Thank you, Robbie, speaking in a language I could understand! And thank you to Gavin for diagnosing and fixing the problem. Top service.
