We carry a £2 million public liability insurance.
All work is carried out in line with current building regulations.
Unless specified, our rates include parking and congestion charges.

Our quoted prices are fixed. However, although we are confident they will reflect an accurate cost and timeline, due to the nature of plumbing work additional costs may be incurred in cases where:

• Setbacks arise which are beyond our control and cannot be prevented
• Additional work is required to complete the work which is not obviously noticeable when the quotation was accepted
• The scope of the work quoted is changed after commencement.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.

Materials supplied by us are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and, should materials require replacing within 12 months of fitting, no additional labour cost will be incurred.

Insurance Reports will be charged at a nominal fee of £60.00 excluding VAT to cover the site inspection and report writing costs.
